Adam House

Adam House is a neo classical building, of brick and stone construction and overlooks the A456 Birmingham Road, at the gateway into Kidderminster which we purchased in January 2011.

The building is locally listed, with a floor area of approximately 20,000sqft. Having been vacated by Enpure Plc in 2005, the property was neglected and subject to extensive damage; as well as obsolescence.

We were keen to buy this landmark property, restore it and present it to the correct and deserving Tenant.

We managed all work in house from planning to conclusion. It was amazing to see that within 4 months of purchase, The former grandeur had been restored. We also incorporated contemporary alterations and bespoke fittings to the tenenants exact requirements.

MFG solicitors took occupation of the entire building in May 2011, under the terms of a 20 year lease. Approximately 70 staff have now relocated to the premises, which forms a new headquarters for this 455 year old firm.
